What is a Critical Illness Plan?
Our Critical Illness plan provides a substantial single cash benefit
upon the first diagnosis of critical
conditions (as defined in the plan). The plan is intended to provide
security for many expenses
not covered by basic medical insurance. Benefit amount is limited
to 50% in first policy year.

Covered Critical Illnesses:
(Covered illnesses are subject to state variations)
- Heart Attack
- Stroke
- Invasive Cancer
- Renal (Kidney) Failure
- Transplant of a major organ
- Paralysis of at least two limbs
- Carcinoma In Situ (25% benefit)
- Coronary Artery By-Pass Surgery (25% benefit)
- Blindness
- ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease)
Additional Plan Features:
- Coverage available for employee spouse and children and for
dependent grandchildren
- Level rates as insured ages
- Hospitalization/treatment are not required to collect benefit
- No physical exam
- Just a few health questions to apply
